Medic8 Manager may track your use of the iMedic8 Application, including responses you provide to receive further information, as well as what screens you personally review. Medic8 Manager uses this information to better understand what content and services our users prefer and ultimately to provide you with a better experience.

Medic8 Manager may contact you (for example, by email or through PDA-based or desktop messaging products) to let you know that we have released a new product or service or a new version of an existing product, or that we are modifying one of our policies. Medic8 Manager may provide aggregate or non-personally identifiable statistics about our customers, sales, usage or traffic patters, and related website information, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information. For example, Medic8 Manager may harvest certain meta-data regarding post market surveillance as the iMedic8 Application is used and provide such harvested data to third parties. However, any harvested data provided to third parties will not contain any personal-identifying information. Medic8 Manager DOES NOT SELL ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION about your use of the Medic8 Manager Website or iMedic8 Application to any third parties.

Tracking data is also used internally by Medic8 Manager primarily for developing and enhancing products and services, and improving technical usability.

6. Is Medic8 Manager responsible for personally identifiable information on a Medic8 Manager blog?

If you contribute to a blog on the Medic8 Manager Website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected and/or used by other users of the blog. You may correct any inaccuracies or update your Medic8 Manager profile, including your personal information and email preferences at any time.

 

You have the option of correcting, updating and/or changing information previously provided by you and stored in our database. If you wish to correct, update or change your information, simply update your profile using the iMedic8 Application. You also may opt in or out of communications from Medic8 Manager by updating your profile using the iMedic8 Application or following other instructions provided at the bottom of such communication.

8. How does Medic8 Manager protect kids’ privacy?

Medic8 Manager does not knowingly sell or market to, solicit information from, or sell products or services for purchases to, individuals under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 18, and your child has provided Medic8 Manager with personal information using the Medic8 Manager Website or the iMedic8 Application, you may contact Medic8 Manager using the Contact Information provided above and we will delete any and all personal information about your child as soon as reasonably possible.
